Thought you'd enjoy pic from annual Kite Festival that I went to for the first time.  Actually had to go, since my dept is the one who puts on this event. The weather was crap, but I really liked this kite. See the flowery wreath hanging on the right?  The ladies who made this kite were also wearing the wreathes on their heads as they flew the kite.  Really quite the sight to see!!!
