Okay, so here's another option. I kind of like it! Sorry if you guys felt I was pigeon-holing us into a blog about domestication. I didn't mean for it to feel that way! I agree, though...once we've selected a template, I'll only add in links to our other personal blogs. Let me know what you think about this one.
Oh, and my self-designed hat is half way complete. Well, the hat, itself, is done...now I'm working on an embellishment.

I would say the first one over this one...with the light text and swimmy wallpaper, my eyes have a really hard time actually focusing and reading this one. Does that make sense? Thanks for doing all this work Laura!

did someone delete a bitchy comment? :) i can't wait to see what you come up with. i don't even know how to change our template. i think i have the earler version of blogger, but i'm afraid to switch and lose our entire blog.
I was wondering the same thing.
No, you jerks...would I actually DELETE a snarky comment?? C'mon. ;) I put up a third template and the comment was about that template, but then I decided it wasn't going to work, so I switched to this working template and erased the comment to avoid any confusion.

The one that's up there right now is totally a work in progress. I loved the background image, but seeing stuff is proving to be difficult.
