Tonight, we had otsu for dinner. I substituted red cabbage for cucumber because that's what's available at the farmer's market right now and used some cilantro that I froze in lime juice this summer. A little tarter than usual, but delicious. The picture was taken before adding the tofu and noodles, obviously. What did everyone else have for dinner?
